Sage and Cappuccino

Another fantastic wedding ensemble was for my next bride, Linda, who had a very clear vision for what she wanted in an invitation.  For Linda, I created a set of simple elegance that started with her pearlescent Save-the-Date postcards and was completed with a pearlescent flat with a money envelope enclosure.

Save the Date Postcards were bordered in sage and worked as postcards.  These two-sided cards were ready-to-mail with address and stamp areas on the back side along with space for a personal message from the bride and groom.

One of the special finishing touches for this set was that each invitation and enclosure was individually wrapped with a satin ribbon in coordinating cappuccino brown before being placed in a lined envelope, all with pearlescent finishes.  The combination was really out of this world, and convinced me even more that the suite of shimmer added so much elegance to the invitation set!

***Money-Saving Tip for Brides***
Save a few cents per card by sending out postcards for your save the date or wedding invite!  A little goes a long way when planning your wedding!  In 2012, postcard stamps cost $.32 compared to $.45 for mailing a letter.  That's a $.13 cent difference... which turns into $13.00 when mailing 100 cards, or $26 for 200 cards, etc.  Printing postcards without envelopes also brings in some savings and value!
